Membership Details
Although the ability to read music is helpful to become a member of the choir, it is not essential. No auditions are required. We are amateur singers with a wide range of musical knowledge bringing inspiring choral music to seniors in our community. Bring your love of singing to our weekly rehearsals and help create beautiful music together. The choir director teaches the songs step by step, always giving encouragement and, if needed or requested, repeat instruction on how to sing the more challenging sections.
Membership cost is $200 per season.
Meeting Details
Our season runs from September to June. Rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings from 6:45 to 9:00 pm at the Edithvale Community Centre, at the corner of Edithvale and Finch Ave. West between Bathurst and Yonge. Lots of free parking!
Prospective members are invited to join us for a Tuesday evening rehearsal. New members visits are limited to early September and early January. Please contact us before you come to a rehearsal, so we can greet you with a binder and a buddy.
